EARTHS FOUR LAYERS

FIRST LAYER:                       CRUST-              Solid rock that makes up the moon and earths outer most layers

SECOND LAYER:                  MANTLE-          is compressed heated rock  under the earths crust.  It makes up 70% of
                                                                         earths volume.  The shell of the earth.

THIRD LAYER:                      OUTER CORE-   Is the liquid layer lying below the mantle which is the hot liquid layer of earth.

FOURTH LAYER:                  INNER CORE-    Is a spear of solid material at the center of the earth, made of iron, nickel and is a 
                                                                          solid spear of metal.  It has a diameter of 1200KM thick
